Today a subordinate came to me saying that he has lost data for 6 years of a work he was handling.The back up people bungled and did not take back up of a folder in which the data was kept .Thomas edison is a man who lost all his lifes work in a fire .He is known to have said that it was a good thing , we have destroyed all our mistakes and now we can start afresh.He was a man who could do things he wanted to do without brooding on the mishaps inflicted on him.
