Time management

Have your ever ended up frustrated that the whole day you could complete only some unimportant tasks while relevant tasks are still pending. If you spend 7 hours daily sleeping then you have 119 hours per week to do work , live , love ,help and play.outstanding ceo's start with their time. They do only tasks that are high priority and need their personal involvement while delegating the rest to their subordionates. Here is what Peter Drucker , the great management guru said on time management ."Know thyself," the old prescription for wisdom, is almost impossibly difficult for mortal men. But everyone can follow the injunction "Know thy time" if one wants to, and be well on the road toward contribution and effectiveness.
outstanding ceo's do not start with their tasks. They start with their time. And they do not start out with planning. They start by finding out where their time actually goes. Then they attempt to manage their time and to cut back unproductive demands on their time. Finally they consolidate their "discretionary" time into the largest possible continuing units.

Find out where your time goes by recording, managing, and consolidating your time. This is the stepping stone to becoming an outstanding ceo.
